Q & A
Where to meet?
Meeting place is at the MAMAKAN: Treasure Island installation on 2/F, National Museum of Singapore, 93 Stamford Road, 178897 Singapore. Registration starts 30 minutes before each game. If you are for the morning game, please use the side doors on level 1, as the main entrance only opens at 10am. And please be on time!
Can parents join the game?
Only parents who volunteer to help out during the game can join the trail (see below). Other parents are advised to drop of and pick up.
What is expected of a volunteer?
A couple of Adult/Parent Volunteers will lead a team of 4-6 young players. These volunteers play the important role of senior eco-warriors and encourage their teams, keep tracks of points and have an eye for basic safety during the game. It's a lot of fun too!
Would you like to be a parent or adult volunteer, meaning 18yrs and above? Please write to us at email@example.com
What else to do at the museum?
There is a nice cafe on level 1 of the museum called Food For Thought, where parents and kids can get 10% discount if they are part of the Treasure Trails. Just tell the friendly staff.
What if the weather looks really bad?
Important! We will check the weather forecast 2 hours before the game starts and if it looks real bad, we may have to postpone. Not fun playing in a heavy rain storm, trust me! If we cannot postpone, you will have your ticket fee returned.
How to dress and what to bring?
Dress like a warrior. The dress code is anything comfortable in Green, Navy, Black or Army colours. Please bring comfortable shoes, mosquito protection, water bottle and an umbrella. Also, please note that there will be eco-warrior face painting and bandanas for the players.
Should I eat before?
Yes. We will prepare some botanical tasters for trying out during the game and just a light snack for afterwards, so do eat a good breakfast or lunch beforehand.
