The workshop is suitable for beginners and others who are interested in mead-making, natural health benefits, nature conservation, and historical beverages. We will focus on outdoor and hands-on learning, with a flavour of fire cooking and storytelling.

Date: Saturday the 7th of October at 1-6 pm
Venue: Velskov native forest farm, 627 Huia Road, 0604 Parau (Titirangi), Auckland
What will be provided:
- Mead tasting
- Natural honeycomb and other ingredients
- 1 x 3 Liters high-quality fermentation jar from Italy
- 4 x high-quality fermentation-prof bottles
- Snacks and drinks during the afternoon
- You will walk away with your very own batch of mead (value $100), a printed process recipe, and all the high-quality materials you need.
