Today the Embassy staff had the pleasure of talking to contemporary artist and Danish goodwill ambassador Kristine Oustrup Laureijs during a lunch meeting. She delivered a powerful message on food habits and the demand for more industrialized food, especially in the light of the haze and the reasons behind it.
