Video: Chef and culinary anthropologist Nithiya Laila is taking you out of the supermarkets and into Singapore’s Edible Wild to discover an array of unique ingredients that are indigenous to the little red dot.
Together with foraging experts, urban gardeners, farmers and green-fingered restaurateurs, Nithiya's journey will take her around the island.
