The evening will begin with a live art installation by botanical artist Mamakan - exploring the idea of gastrogeography and the seasonality of native botanicals through a range of spirit infusions.
Served alongside this will a selection of canapes based on the hand crafted charcuterie of Hannah Miller.
We will follow on with three exquisite courses produced by our culinary arts students guided by some of our starred culinary alumni - Kate Fay, Simon Gault & Matt Lambert.
We then finish the evening with an exquisite chocolate dessert by one of our incredibly talented second year patisserie students.
